We are a family-owned wood-fired pizza pop-up trailer, committed to using only the freshest ingredients to create delicious, authentic Napoletalian style pizzas. Our dough is not only made from scratch daily using the Caputo double 00 flour, but it is fermented for 72 hours. We use locally-sourced produce and meats whenever possible. At Sogno La Pizza, we believe that great pizza starts with great ingredients.
What is Panuazzo? A panuozzo ( pronounced [pa-nˈɔtt-so] ) is an Italian sandwich made from pizza dough (same dough that we use for our Napoletalian style pizzas), often described as a pizza bread sandwich. It's a street food originating from Gragnano, Campania, and is known for its airy, pita-like bread structure. The dough is stretched, baked, stuffed with various fillings, and then baked again. The possibilities are unlimited, and we can have our customers design their own Panuozzo sandwiches for their catering needs.
What is Pizza Dawg? A pizza dawg is a perfect marriage between an Italian and American cuisines (a pizza dough bun and a hotdog) (same dough that we use for our Napoletalian style pizzas). The dough is stretched, par-baked, stuffed with a 10" hotdog, baked again, and then stuffed various fillings. The possibilities are unlimited, and we can have our customers design their own pizza dawgs for their catering needs.

His journey began in the picturesque Village of Mougins, South France, where he honed his craft at the renowned culinary school before working alongside the esteemed Executive Chef, Denis Fetisson, in a prestigious 2-Star Michelin restaurant. This formative experience laid the foundation for his mastery of French culinary techniques, elevating his skills and igniting his passion for refined cuisine.
Chef Andrei’s culinary career has taken him to the sun-kissed shores of Malibu, where he worked as a private chef in exclusive treatment centers, learning to craft nourishing, balanced meals that promote wellness. His refined approach to food continued to shine as he became the Executive Chef at 15C Degrees in Templeton, earning a reputation for creativity, skill, and an intuitive understanding of flavors.
When the pandemic rocked the food service industry, Chef Andrei saw an opportunity to turn his passion into a thriving business. He founded I Dream to Cater, bringing the finest culinary experiences to Central Coast and Southern California, specializing in Napoletana-style pizza, authentic cannoli, and expertly curated food and wine pairings. Every dish is an invitation to experience the best of both worlds—locally sourced, farm-to-fork ingredients and carefully selected fine foods from Italy and France, where quality and tradition reign supreme.
